"I recently purchased the essentials kit again. I’m a long time Bevel user and they are basically the only toiletries I use. This occasion the package arrived with a spill. No big deal, thought I would reach out to let them know. It would be one thing to say “hey there is nothing we can do”. Instead, they flat out ignored my inquiry for 3 weeks despite multiple follow ups. Disappointing really - since I get so much spam and nudges to make new purchases and write reviews, but can’t get a reply to close the loop on receiving a damaged item. For the products that didn’t arrive spilled, the quality is great. But customer care was another story."
